Failed to start xxx.exe. A previous attempt to profile an application failed. Restart the application.

I am encountering an error message while profiling a C # console application in VS 2010 (using the CPU selective control method). When I click Start Profiling, the following error message appears:

"Cannot start D: \ xxx \ yyy \ zzz.exe. A previous attempt to profile an application failed. Restart the application."

I tried to profile a new console application, but I am encountering the same error message.

What is the reason for this error? Do I need to configure anything? Please, help!!!
