Create a multicomponent message in MIME Freemarker format using Spring 3 JavaMail

How do you create an email message that contains text and an HTML version for the same content?

Of course, I would like to know how to configure the freemarker template or the header of the message to be sent.

When I look at the source of the message with several parts of the message in the MIME format, which I receive in the Inbox every time this is what is there:
