AAC codec library (alternative to libFAAC)

I am looking for an AAC encoder / decoder library that works on Linux and Windows (for a C \ C ++ application). This is for a commercial product, therefore libFAAC is not an option. I looked at Nero and MainConcept, but I would prefer something with an LGPL license and the like, which does not require license fees.

You might want to consider the Android-style scene, although it will probably take some time to adapt to the general-purpose library. It is available under the Apache 2.0 license https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base/+/froyo-release/media/libstagefright/codecs
