Android, http: How to upload a file to a site hosted on a shared server?

I bought a site on which it is hosted on a linux server that uses the same IP address using cpanel. The problem is that now I want to use this code to upload a file to my site. Every time I use a website address such as www.site, I get an exception saying that the URL is incorrect. When I use the ip address (since this is a shared server), I can not find my PHP code, because I do not know how to connect my address.

Does anyone ... does anyone know how to link me to my site, just so that I can upload an xml file? Actually need help here .......

Any help would be really appreciated as I have no knowledge in the web material.
