Android detects touch state from any application

Is it possible to detect touch events from another application, in particular, to check? I would like to know if the user was scrolled left or right (even with two fingers, but not necessarily). Perhaps there is a service or broadcast that I can listen to.

or, if it’s not, is there some kind of API, it’s possible that I can interrogate 10 times per second to get the state of touch, and I can calculate the rest (why, I remember writing a mouse driver stroking COM1 port with IN OUT in 8086 collector encoded in TSR on XT ...)!

In any case, any help is appreciated. (I think this can be done by capturing the primary Launcher and getting transparent activity by clicking on the top, but this will seriously deceive with danger!)

Fortunately not.

Fortunately not.

I think that this could be done by capturing the main trigger and getting transparent click-through activity

Fortunately not.

You can write your own home screen application, in which case you can track your own touch events on your own home screen. You can write a regular application and track your own touch events in your actions.
