JqGrid - scroll bars when decreasing

Recently there was a problem: jqGrid has a horizontal scrollbar in chrome, I fixed this problem with @Oleg comments here
Now my application works fine ... Well
But now, if I open the application in a laptop, the grids have a horizontal scrollbar. I can reproduce this problem using Zoom-out in the browser ( Ctrl + minus symbol ). But I do not know how to fix it.

Finally, I'm trying to say: whenever I delete the application in the browser, a horizontal scroll bar is displayed in the grids. I tried autowidth: true but didn't work. Can anyone help me fix this.
