Is there any “lag” behind Scala design problems or Scala errors that are / are not planned to be addressed in a future version?
I know that there is a Trac and SID process, but in both cases you only see changes after they are created.
Perhaps I missed some existing infrastructure in which language / specification changes could be collected and discussed?
