What is the typical layout structure of Android settings activity?

A great example of what activity I'm trying to create is setting up gmail app settings. It lists all the settings vertically with horizontal rules between each setting. There are many fields that usually look the same. For example: text boxes usually display a bold heading with a description below and a circular triangle to the right.

Which prominent group is the root representation? What view or viewing group is each field?
