Cannot delete Cache-Control: no-cache = "set-cookie" in Apache2

I'm a mediocre apache2 customization specialist, so I'm looking at Apache GODS to train me on a specific header, which causes some browsers not to cache cookies that I need to implement the OAuth that I do.

When I run the command:

lwp-request -e -d http://foobar.com

my foobar.com site returns the following headers:

So, I'm trying to disable the Cache-Control header in my site setting for apache2, because I think that this header causes some browsers to not accept cookies. I want them to accept my cookies!
