I am creating a theme for Chrome, and I experience that when I set the tab_text to manifest.json, the bottom line of the url gets this color too. I searched the solution in the documentation, but did not find an attribute that shades the bottom panel. This affects this bar (as seen in the picture) and the download list. I can’t believe that they made such a mistake, so I'm sure I missed something.
