Eclipse C ++ content support, automatic activation

In Eclipse, I noticed that after inserting → or. or::

I really like this feature, but I was hoping it would be a little more flexible and automatically activate after every 2-3 characters. An example of this is in Code :: Blocks. This allows you to automatically activate content support after a certain number of characters. Another example of this is in Visual Studio when using Visual Assist X, "Whole Tomato."

Is there any way to enable this for Eclipse?
