Open standalone html file programmatically in Windows Phone 7

Question

I am creating an application on a Windows 7 phone. I have a user manual in HTML. I want to use a web browser to open these files whenever the user touches the Help menu. But I do not know how to get the local URLs of these files. could you help me?
