Dot Emacs: Can frame-title-format show previous directories?

Question

I am new to Emacs and still love it. In my .emacs, I have a line:

(setq frame-title-format "%b - GNU Emacs")

How can I get it to show the two previous directories? I tend to have several open files with the same name and know that the directory in which it is located would be very useful.
