C ++ 307 Errors when trying to enable winhttp.h in visual studio 2010

I have a big problem. I am trying to use WinHttp to download a file with C ++, and I am using Visual Studio 2010 to do this.

My problem is that the program does not compile, because 307 errors are generated, all refer to winhttp.h. I mention that I have included this file. What could be the problem? Thank!
