TableView as a Contacts application on iPhone

Hey! I am working on a contact application. And I want to have the same type of Tableview with the add button. Therefore, when the user adds a new contact, he will open a new view in which there will be standard buttons and text fields, etc. How can I get an application to add the same features to each new view? Hope this makes sense!
