Setting the default configuration for Sitecore Rich Text Editor

Using Sitecore 6.4, and I would like to configure the available buttons (e.g. Bold, Spell Check) defined by the Rich Text Editor.

For clarification, I mean the pop-up editor that appears when you select "Show Editor" from the specific "Field" menu. I do not want to customize the editor for each position, not globally.

At first I thought about changing the standard telerik configuration file (\ sitecore \ shell \ Controls \ Rich Text Editor \ ToolsFile.xml), however, this does not seem to affect the change.

Another publication reported opening a content editor and changing the profiles of the HTML node editor, but this does not exist in version 6.4.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yan Sklyarenko is right, you are probably mistaken in the database. If you are logged into the system in desktop mode, you can see the database image in the lower right corner, and if you click on it, you can change your context database to “Kernel". Alternatively, you can add a pair of querystring "sc_content = core" key values to your URL if you are in the content editor.
