Background activity cursor in Swing

Question

how can I set the cursor on a component to the background activity cursor. Like Windows with an arrow and a small hourglass.

All I find is Cursor.WAIT_CURSORthat which is just a watch glass.

I found a file that contains a cursor: appstart.ani in C: \ WINDOWS \ Cursors can I use this somehow?
