Is there a tool to help me understand why my emails are marked as spam?

I have a base of PHP code that sends authorized, fault tolerant messages to users. I used the PHP mail () function, but this caused problems with spam. So a few months ago I switched to SendGrid and now I use their API. Now I am processing one of my more important emails (this is a hotel booking site and this is a letter confirming the hotel’s reservation), instead of letting the affiliate partner do this and they will be marked as spam. Is there any tool in which I can copy / paste the source of an email message and point out potential problems?

Limus can be useful (it's not free, but may have a free trial).

Ultimately, spam filters return either a rating that lets you know how the "spam" of the email (usually a decimal number) or nothing at all, if the spam filter was to identify the exact reasons why your email was not sent, spammers could more Adapt your email content efficiently.

Some tips to get around the problem of your messages marked as spam:

  • Read this google manual and make sure that at least you have an SPF record for the domain you are sending the email to.
  • "" ( ) , , . , / .
  • postmaster ( hotmail), , ( ).
  • ( ). , " ", " " .., .

EDIT: , , SendGrid.
