Get Internet Explorer Security Settings from the End User

Problems are reported with our web application, which seems to occur on only one client site. For diagnostic purposes, is it possible to somehow force the client to send you their custom IE security settings? for example, in IE 8, Tools → Internet Options → Security tab for the Internet zone, you can click User Level to view user security settings. Is there a way to export your settings to a text file or something else? Or is it screen dumps the only way?

EDIT: Sorry, should have mentioned that this is for Windows XP (SP3)

If your user is using Windows 7, you may need to try the “recording steps to reproduce the problem” built into Windows 7 (maybe Vista too, I'm not sure). It takes screenshots and gives you basic statistics.

Just ask them to enter “recording steps to reproduce the problem” in the text box “Search for programs and files” under the equivalent of the “7” button for the “7” window.
