What are the best BizTalk 2010 books?

I am trying to speed up work on BizTalk 2010. I have been a .NET Web Developer for over 10 years. I have experience with SQL Server Integration Services, but BizTalk is a world of many different.

You are correct that BizTalk is different from others, although .NET development and SQL experience will be useful.
