Disabling FTP after PASV

Question

This is a FileZilla connection to an FTP server on a computer running Windows Server 2008 in the Amazon EC2 cloud. I can’t understand why he continues to beat me.

In Filezilla, go to Edit -> settings. On the settings page, click on FTP on the left and select "Asset" on the right. Click OK and then connect to
