Spamassassin check account c # code

Is there a way to check the score in an ASP.Net application? Class or something similar for .Net? What about other spam filters. --Edited I'm looking for a way to check spam counts of email messages in C #.

Here is my super simplified "just check the score" code for connecting to the Spam Assassin C # email checker that I wrote for http://elasticemail.com . Just configure SA to run on the server and set access permissions.

Then you can use this code to call it:
