Changes are not made until rebuilding is completed.

Question

I have a great application for windows.

Recently, when I make any changes in the source code and start the project usually with or without debugging, the changes are not made.

I tried rebuilding it, and everything is going well, now every change I made to the source code, I need to rebuild the project and then run it for the changes to take effect.

also, I cannot debug until I rebuild the solution.

my project is attached to a safe source.

any help is appreciated.

Another thing you can try: Go to tools> Options → A window will appear> In the "Project and Solutions" section> select "Build and Run"

Ensure that you save all changes before installation.
