Scrolling horizontally between multiple images using UIScrollView

Question

If we start with a photo app, for example. Images can be viewed with a swipe, and the images scroll in the view when the user searches.

How is this UIScrollView setting and how are images (for example, from an array) displayed in this UISCrollView?

Are the images added to the scrollview right away or how is this swap view achieved?
