I wonder if anyone knew about some third-party Android development tools.

I found Basic4Android.

I wonder what other options are available. Language does not matter.

Qt for Android (Alpha version) was launched last week.

Motorola has a common development environment built on top of eclipse ( MOTODEV ). This is not Motorola, and you can use it for regular development. I play with him for a week, and it is much more convenient than the standard Android Eclipse plugin.
