What is the difference between Max Cardinality and Min Cardinality?

It’s hard for me to understand what is the difference between the Max and Min capacities when trying to create a database.

Remember that power is always an attitude towards another thing.

Max. cardinality (power) Always 1 or more. Class A is related to Package B with a capacity of one, which means that there can only be one case of this class in a package. The opposite may be a packet with max. Cardinality N, which would mean that there may be N the number of classes
