How can I send APDUs to a SIM card in Android apps?

I know about the SEEK solution, but that does not meet my requirement. I know that there are some internal APIs that some can do, but this limits the functions. I need to send a uniform APDU to the SIM card and get a response. thank!

To send the Envelope command, you need to access the base channel on the map. Not all telephone modems will allow this, and if so, you should still have the system permission enabled for this through RIL. So you are unlikely to succeed, and even then your decision will not be scaled.
