Will we need CSS Reset if we are not going to consider any version of IE (Internet explorer)?

Do we need to use CSS Reset if we are not considering any version of IE (Internet Explorer)?

I am making a site where I do not have to consider any version of IE. Would it be nice if not Reset anything for Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera?

Is it just IE that forces us to use CSS reset, or do other browsers also have inconsistencies?

Yes, you still need to if you want to support many browsers. It is not only Internet Explorer that needs to be reset.

... there are all kinds of inconsistencies, some more subtle than others. Headings are slightly different upper and lower margins, indentation distances are different, and so on. Even something as basic as the default line height depends on one browser to another, which can have a profound effect on element heights, vertical alignments and overall feel.
