What is a good Subversion client?

I use a subversion client called SmartSVN, but it requires Java to work. I would like to get rid of this addiction and try something new. Can you think of a better SVN client?

I tried TortoiseSVN and RapidSVN and I didn't like any of them. I have versions on Mac and I absolutely love this program. Is there anything even remotely similar to what is on Windows? I do not mind paying money for it.

Not being a Mac user, I am not familiar with the versions. In my experience, there is a really great SVN client called AnkhSVN. This is a Visual Studio plugin, so this probably excludes it from consideration.
