Does Haskell provide keyword usage in identifiers?

C # allows this if you put @ in front of the variable name. So int @int = 0; valid in C #.

Does Haskell have something similar or does it not allow it at all?

Some words are keywords in some contexts, but can be freely used as identifiers in others, for example asand hiding.

The C # trick is just a small change in name, so this is no longer a keyword. In Haskell, you can put _before or after the name or add '.
