Can I get the L2 cache skip counter for each process on a Windows platform?

I want to calculate the memory bandwidth for each process. Can someone tell me how I can get the missing L2 cache for each process.

Here's a screen shot of this Intel Performance Monitor on a page that shows L2 cache gaps, although I don’t know if it is available for each process.
