Is there a way to pause the application, save its process image to a file and restore it later (saving the application as it was at the time of suspension)? I want to do something like "sleep mode" for WinXP applications.
Is there any application capable of doing this?
What I still have is a virtualized system using vmware where I can pause and resume applications, but to complete this task I need to pause the entire virtualized system.
