Viewing a grails schema while it is running in memory?

Question

I want to view the grails schema for the hsqldb database by default, but when I connect to the in-memory databases with SquirrelSQL or DbVisualizer as userid: sa, password: (nothing), I see only two schemas:

INFORMATION_SCHEMA
PUBLIC

And none of them contain my domain tables. What's happening?
