Can an Android phone decode and play an * .caf file with an iLBC codec?

How can I get an audio file recorded via iPhone for playback on Android.

I do not see the iLBC codec specified in the decoder section supported Android multimedia formats

Looking at the list of supported iPhone audio formats: iPhone audio formats , it seems that if you are just going to iPhone => Android, then AAC or PCM are your best bet for encoding on iPhone, decoding on Android.
