Database not showing when creating data source for Performance Point Dashboard Designer

Question

I have a sharepoint server configured, the dashboard works great, my data sources are great. I am trying to add a new data source from another SSAS machine and it won’t even list it in the drop-down list of the database when I enter it on my server.

I went through this with the ssas initial machine and made it work, and from all that I see, the new machine is configured the same way. Is there something I need to set in the cube so that it is visible? This is an instance of creating a copy of the original cube and placing it on a new machine. I type the name of the server and where it should display cubes in the drop-down list of the database, it is empty. If I change authentication to Per-user Identity, it will tell me that it was not possible to connect to the machine, make sure the server name is correct and you have permission to connect to the server. I believe the Kerberos delegation is configured, I think I just missed something simple with a cube.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
