How to pass JVM arguments to eclipse for Android programs?

I need to pass this to my Android app to get stacktraces null pointers:

-XX:-OmitStackTraceInFastThrow

(From another stack question) This guide shows how to do it, BUT the arguments tab DOES NOT exist for an Android application, only regular Java applications: http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg .eclipse.pde.doc.user% 2Fguide% 2Ftools% 2Flaunchers% 2Farguments.htm

So, how do I do this for Android applications, or should I do something completely different?
