Failed to start android application, could not find .apk problem in eclipse

I recently updated my ADT plugin from eclipse to the latest, but after that I use to solve an unusual problem. When I try to run my projects on an emulator or device, all my projects keep talking

Could not find [project name] .apk

Please help me.
