How to enable WS-Security (Rampart) in Axis2 JAX-WS service (vendor side)?

Question

Can I specify security policy statements when deploying the JAX-WS service in Axis2? So far, I have found only one way to configure policies globally (i.e. In axis2.xml). But can this be done in the JAXWS JAR?

According to the Rampart documentation ,

All Rampart developers are listed in the META-INF / services / org.apache.neethi.builders.AssertionBuilder file. When adding a new policy statement, only the builder, approval model, and file entry are required.
