Cannot start the Roo command!

Question

I am trying to run the "Security SetUp" command from the roo shell built into the SpringSource Tool Suite. But keep watching ...

Installed "command security setting", but currently unavailable (type "help", then "ENTER" to learn about this command)

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Roo will print this type of message (the command was found, but is currently unavailable) when the command has dependencies that have not yet been executed.
