Payment integration

I am going to integrate the payment function on my website. My requirement is something like escrow Elance. how

  • User can pay me their online payment account.
  • I can keep their amount on my online payment payment.
  • They can withdraw their amount from my online payment account.

So which online payment service would be better. I have a list of some service providers.

  • Paypal
  • Google check
  • Alertpay

Please guide me who will meet my requirements. Provide me some urls to integrate their api.

I am going to integrate into php.
