Existing help structure for iOS

Question

I am looking for a framework for displaying "help instructions" on different screens of iPhone / iPad.

As an example, we could add a “help statement” associated with a presentation tag, and the structure will be responsible for displaying the help statement. This help configuration can be defined in an XML file.

Is such a structure available?

Apple does not provide an assistance mechanism for iOS for any reason: the mobile user does not have time to read manuals. Your application should be extremely obvious.
