When to use Ruby vs When to use PHP

I am learning Ruby, just for fun so far (no current projects require Ruby). I like it, but I also like PHP. I know this is a pointless and frequently asked question, "compare Ruby with PHP." This is not what I ask. Rather, I would be curious that examples of when one language makes sense over another. It's all about having the right tool for the right job, and I'm trying to better understand what the β€œright job” is for Ruby.

I'm not interested in things like community size or ease of deployment. I believe that as Ruby grows in popularity, this will be less of a problem with PHP. Most likely, in the world where online operations are done, what kind of Ruby works, of course, work as a more suitable solution than PHP? Also, to be clear, suppose PHP5 is written in an object-oriented manner :-)

Thank.
