How to share .skin theme file between themes in ASP.NET?

We have an outdated application with several asp.net themes. Each theme has a .skin file. Each skin file is almost identical, with the exception of some things. Files have a lot in common. Is it possible to distribute a common .skin file on topics?

This is possible by creating a theme theme base file somewhere, and then using include in specific theme theme files.
