JPG compression makes the image green

Question

When I try to compress a jpg image, most of the time it works fine, however some jpg image turns green after compression. Here is my code

From experience I know that green is the color of the newly formatted YUV memory (in particular, YV12). Therefore, I assume that some step does not work, and you get information about the brightness, but the color has deteriorated. It seems like he failed before he got to the Cr plane.
