What to do with a small percentage of users who insist on using things like NoScript?

I want to make the site completely socket and ajax based on user interaction. This means that users who have javascript disabled can’t even send updates to the site in any way or even register. They can only read data.

So what is the general opinion on this? Do I have to spend time to make the site flexible enough to be able to deal with a small group of people who have scripts disabled?

It is also a structure that I want to use for reuse on other websites.
