I am looking for a database of MySQL, CSV or other GPS coordinates of all cities in Germany. Is there a place where I can download this? I searched almost all POI websites, but I can’t find a place where I can just upload a file with all the GPS coordinates of German cities.
I know that there is a site http://earth-info.nga.mil where this information is probably available, but the site seems to have been around for several days, so I'm not even sure if it is really there.
Any suggestions? Maybe a mirror site or another site?
