Apple Enterprise Account

My client has an Apple account. apple itunes rejects my account because it is an enterprise account. Can anyone set this type of account, i.e. Developer account and corporate account. as well as how I can effectively use my Apple account. and where can I download the application using this account as itunes refuses.

You cannot publish the application in the application store with an enterprise account.
The enterprise account is for internal deployment only. I.E. Applications that are used only by company employees.
Therefore, if I understand your question correctly, the answer to this question is: Join the iOS Developer Program (not the entrepreneur).
