Download and display a MS Word document on Android

I need to create an application that accepts an MS Word document and allows the application user to interact with pages, which means viewing each page separately, scaling, moving forward and backward.

There is no built-in Android API for reading Microsoft documents.

I would appreciate the implementation of what you want to take in 100 engineering months. There are only a few applications ever written that can display Word documents, and only 2-3 of them have been ported to Android.
