I tried for a long time to send the correct request to the soap server. I keep getting an error message.

The PHP native SOAP extension is illegible binary horror code.

According to this comment in the PHP manual, it is hard-coded to send SOAP requests with the MIME content type application/soap+xml.

It seems your SOAP server has rejected this type of content, waiting only text/xml.
