Can I put the Get and Post URL link in the email address

I am creating a new web application, and the boss expressed a desire to send an email when something changes, and he wants to be able to click the link in the letter to approve or reject the changes (individually or in bulk).

My question is: Can I send a POST request in an email, and if so, how? We are launching an exchange within the country, and with some work emails can remain completely in it, but the normal course of events will send emails in a wide blue.

My bonus question, which logically follows from the first, is whether it is advisable to do this? Should I just have a GET link to a page that allows it to approve or reject requests directly through the application, instead of trying to send a POST request in an email?

No, you cannot (as an interactive link). HTTP POST requests contain parameters in their body, not in the URL.
